With the opening of Seam, a completely new culinary experience has arrived in Zurich: the first restaurant in the city devoted entirely to the kappo tradition – a refined form of Japanese dining where dishes are prepared directly in front of guests, creating an intimate dialogue between chef and guest.
Oppenheim is responsible for the restaurant’s entire brand communication – from the national launch announcement to the concept and execution of three exclusive opening events for gastronomy opinion leaders, media, and influencers. We also developed the social media strategy, continuously craft creative briefs for content productions, and curate the Instagram presence of this acclaimed new address.
