For Lululemon’s market entry in Switzerland, we developed a multi-stage PR strategy to increase local visibility and anchor the brand within the yoga and sports communities. The goal was to establish the internationally celebrated company as a love brand in the Swiss market.
The activation included Switzerland’s largest Yoga Rave, an opening party for the flagship store in Zurich, yoga sessions for journalists and influencers at Balboa, showroom and sample handling, as well as classic media relations.
Through a carefully orchestrated mix of live events, traditional media coverage, and targeted social media presence, we successfully built a loyal local community in record time.
